EU Regulation 679/2016 General data protection regulation
The navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of some areas in which the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him to access specifically identified services (eg to participate in initiatives, competitions, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). Therefore, where the visitor intends to provide his personal data to access these additional services, he will be expressly informed pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (the "Regulation") with indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by Venezia Football Club, as well as his right to request the deletion or updating of the data at any time.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation Venezia Football Club S.r.l. provides the following information.
1. The Data Controller and External Managers of the processing of personal data collected through the Site
The Data Controller of the personal data collected through the Site is the company Venezia F.C. S.r.l. with registered office in Venice (VE), Mestre, Viale Ancona, 43, VAT number and C.F. 04313630271 ("Venezia F.C." or the "Company")
For exclusively organizational and functional needs, we have appointed some service providers functional to the management of the Site as external Managers of the processing of users' personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of the services provided by the Site. A complete list of external managers can be requested by contacting us or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Types of personal data processed
To access the Site it is not necessary to register. However, there are sections within the Site that require you to provide your data (e.g. your data may be requested to access Fanzone and newsletter services, to contact us, or request information, etc.)
If Venezia FC acquires information and personal data, it will inform users in advance of the purposes for which such data is requested and of the ways in which they will be used. Where necessary, it will acquire the user's specific consent to the relative use of the data. By way of example, personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and other information that the user agrees to provide to use the services of the Site may be requested by filling in a specific registration form ( e.g. to participate in an initiative). Venezia FC will only use the personal data collected online for the purposes indicated during registration.
The data relating to the connection and navigation within the Site (such as the addresses in URI-Uniform Resource Identifier notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site: with the exclusion of this possibility, the data will be deleted after the useful time for the provision of the services illustrated on the Site.
With reference to the data relating to navigation within the Site, see also point 6 below regarding the profiling Tools used by the Site.
3. Optional supply of personal data
Registration to the Site and related services are reserved for people over the age of 18.
The provision of personal data is generally optional (e.g. to receive information communications). Only in certain cases, failure to provide data may make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be requested; failure to provide such data may therefore prevent Venezia FC from allowing access to the Site services or responding to user requests.
The data necessary from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site - eg. indicated with a (*) - and the consequences of their failure to provide them are reported in the specific information present on the data collection pages.
The user is required to indicate only personal data relating to him on the Site. If personal data of third parties are indicated, the user expressly declares and acknowledges that he has obtained consent from these third parties to the processing of the related personal data by Venezia FC, or other data controllers (as requested from time to time in the specific information returned at the time of data collection).
The data are collected and processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Site, its services and for participating in initiatives/competitions. The purposes of using the data are indicated in detail in the specific information provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask you to read the information that from time to time illustrate the characteristics of the treatments that will be carried out by Venezia FC or its commercial partners.
The data will be processed in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, part. b) and c) of the Regulation and on the basis of your consent, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, part. a) of the Regulation.
5. Methods, duration of data processing and scope of communication
The data will be processed electronically. Venezia FC guarantees the lawful and correct treatment of the personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration. All the information collected is transmitted in a secure connection in order to prevent its interception by outsiders.
Any data provided by users will be processed for the times provided for in the specific information provided at the time of data collection.
The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and subject to authorization by the same.
6. Links to other sites
This information is provided only for the site shop.veneziafc.it and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. Venezia FC cannot be held responsible for the personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.
7. "Profiling" and/or personalization tools
Venezia FC does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activities without the user's prior express consent.
The Site uses "cookies", both technical (ie to facilitate navigation and use of the Site), and analytical (ie to analyze user visits to the Site in aggregate form) by partially obscuring the IP address.
8. Place of data processing
The processing related to the services provided by the Site is carried out at the Venice FC office indicated in point 1 above and is carried out by the persons in charge of processing in the Marketing area.
Some treatments will also be carried out at the headquarters of the external company that provides instrumental services to the management of the Site and other service providers, appointed as external data processors. A complete list of external managers appointed can be requested by contacting us or by sending an email to email@example.com.
We ask users to carefully read the information provided in the sections of the Site dedicated to the registration or collection of personal data to access certain services: in fact, these information specifically indicate the subjects to whom the personal data may be collected, and possibly the other subjects who will process the personal data provided as independent data controllers.
9. Rights of interested parties
By communication sent via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Venice F.C. S.r.l., based in Venice (VE), Mestre, Viale Ancona, 43, the interested user may at any time exercise the rights (listed below) referred to in Articles from 15 to 22 of the Regulation, including knowing what data we are processing, with what methods and for what purposes we use them, modify the data you have provided or delete them, ask us to limit the use of your data, request to receive or transmit your data, without prejudice to the possibility of changing your consent (possibly provided). You can also always object to the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.
Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation recognize specific rights including:
obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed;
obtain access to your personal data and information indicated in art. 15 of the Regulations;
obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay or the integration of incomplete personal data;
obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning you without undue delay;
obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data;
be informed of any corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing carried out in relation to personal data concerning you;
receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
oppose at any time, for reasons connected with your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you.
In particular, the user's right to withdraw any consent to the processing provided and to oppose our analysis activities remains valid at any time.
Furthermore, pursuant to art. 21 of the Regulation, the user has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him carried out for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. f of the Regulations.
10. Who can the user contact to lodge a complaint
If he believes that the processing that concerns him violates the provisions of the Regulation, the user can always lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it), or, if different, with the Guarantor Authority. of the member country in which he habitually resides, works or, finally, of the place where the alleged violation occurred.
