Return Policy

Returns & Refunds


You can decide to return any purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be intact and with the label.

Contact our customer service by sending an email to ecommerce@veneziafc.it.

Within the return it is necessary to provide the following information:

  • the order number to which the return refers;
  • the code of the product (s) to be returned;
  • the data of the buyer (name and surname, email).

Find your order number in the confirmation email we sent you right after your purchase. If you feel like you can't find the email, also check your email SPAM folder or Gmail Promotions folder.

Pack the goods carefully and ship them within 14 days according to the methods indicated to you by customer service to our warehouse address:

CUSTOMS COSTS: potential customs costs are always charged to the customer both at the time of shipment and for a possible return.

NOTE ON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS: Customized products are made especially for you, therefore they cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects (so-called "legal guarantee").

NOTICE CONCERNING PURCHASES MADE DURING THE TRANSFER WINDOWS

The stay in the squad of a player can vary in the periods foreseen for the summer and winter transfer market. In particular, the consumer is required to consider that the squad of players in the squad is made official only when the market is closed. Likewise, the assignment of the official numbering of the shirts to the players takes place within the deadline indicated by the competent sports bodies. Any purchase of a personalized jersey made before these dates is therefore at the consumer's risk, as the player may no longer wear the Venezia FC jersey or may change the jersey number. For distance selling, the 14-day right of reconsideration remains unaffected.

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER THAT I HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED?
No, unfortunately a completed order can no longer be modified, i.e. it is no longer possible to add, delete or modify other products (eg size, color). If you want to cancel an order urgently, please contact customer service promptly by email: if the order is not yet in progress, we will do our best to accommodate you.

I HAVE PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I CHANGE IT?
No, our policy does not provide for this. In this case, however, you can make a return within 14 days and a new purchase. As it may happen that the product you want is out of stock, we advise you not to wait for our refund (it will arrive within 30 days of receiving your return, if in perfect condition) to place your new order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
From the moment you receive the order, you have 14 days to contact our customer service (via email writing to ecommerce@veneziafc.it) to communicate the decision to return the goods and then return one or more products following the instructions that you will send to be given.
Once we have received the package and verified its eligibility for return, we will issue the refund within 30 days with the same payment method used in the order: credit card or PayPal.

WHEN IS A RETURN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND?
Products you return to us will need to be put back on sale, so please treat them with great care if you are unsure about keeping them and returning them to us just as you would like to receive them.

The goods must not show signs of wear; we can only accept items returned in their original condition.

In particular:

- do not dirty or damage the clothes while you try them on
- do not remove labels and tags
- do not destroy or damage original boxes, envelopes, seals and packaging
- do not write on the original boxes or packaging
- do not wash the items you intend to return! They must be as you received them
- return all accessories originally supplied

Attention, in the cases listed above, the return is non-refundable and your product will remain at your disposal. We can send it back to you by charging the transport costs.

The products must be returned without delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your intention to return the products. We reserve the right to refuse items returned late or not in the same condition in which you received them.

Remember that personalized products are made just for you and cannot be returned.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?
The costs for the return following the exercise of the right of withdrawal are charged to the customer. You can use slow and cheap shipping but, for your peace of mind, we recommend that you choose a service that will provide you with at least the tracking number.

For the return of a defective product it is essential that you contact customer service before sending the package, because a different procedure will be followed which involves charging us the return costs, but only using our courier. If you send the package by other means, we will not be able to reimburse you for the return costs.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?
The responsibility for the return shipment is always with the customer: take this into account when choosing the shipping service for your return. A tracked parcel service will likely make you feel more comfortable.

REFUNDS

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your package and have verified the suitability of the return, we will proceed with the refund within 30 days with the same payment method that you used for the purchase:

- Purchase by credit card: the time it takes to display the refund on your account depends on the institution that issued the card.
- Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.

We cannot make refunds by other means (top-ups on cards, postal orders, bank checks).

Therefore, check the status of the refund by logging into your credit card account or PayPal account.

We therefore recommend that you wait at least 40 days if you want to ask our customer service for a check.

THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND THAT I RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I WOULD EXPECT: WHY?
If your purchase included a discount on the entire cart (for example a discount coupon of € 10), the discount is spread proportionally on the items that made it up, and the refund for a partial return will be equal to the sum applicable to the part of the order. returned.

WHAT IS INCLUDED OR EXCLUDED FROM THE REFUND?
In case of return of the products following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Venezia FC will refund the payments received from the consumer for the products returned in suitable conditions.

Any customs duties / taxes are always charged to the customer.

The reimbursement of the purchase price will be total only in case of return made by the customer due to defective or damaged goods received, or in case of loss / incorrect delivery of the package by the courier.

Refunds are not made for customized products at the express request of the customer (eg clothing and accessories with special customization), except in the case of defective products.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
The products purchased by the consumer are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity, which means that Venezia FC is liable for any lack of conformity that occurs within 2 years of delivery of the products. For more information see our general terms and conditions of sale.
